Home styling
Home styling is all about making a home welcoming to buyers and showing the home's potential. Presenting the home in today's market is important and makes a big difference. We know how a residence should be presented to hit the widest possible audience. Our goal is for the home to be sold to get a big boost so that the potential buyer gets a good first impression. We give the seller good advice and supplement with furniture and interiors from our stylish and timely range.
sustainability
For us, sustainability is about making good choices not only when it comes to consumption, but also in the operation of Kaspara, both in social and economic terms.
Consumption
At the very beginning, our warehouse was built on used furniture and interiors. We're eager to check our family's cupboards for things and tongs they're not supposed to have, and these things do so well in styling.
Most of the post-2018 inventory is new. Everything is reused daily in new projects and moved in and out of the warehouse so that customers who sell the home can rather use the rental of interiors and furniture, rather than buying new ones themselves. We will increase the focus on buying used in second-hand stores such as Finn.no, Recirkula, Ombjøras, Aktivum Rælingen, etc., so that we increase inventory with more reuse.
We are dedicated to taking care of what we have and have a separate manager in the warehouse who fixes furniture and interiors and keeps it in order so that the service life is long.
Packaging
All packaging is carefully sorted and delivered at our local recycling station.
In our daily work of moving stylings out and in, we reuse sturdy plastic and cardboard boxes, as well as sturdy and reusable plastic bags.
Social relations
We have increased our focus on ensuring that the goods we order are produced fairly and that the people on the other side are paid and treated well. We are working to do a more thorough background check of suppliers and production.
The social environment plays a big role in the workplace and we are committed to ensuring that everyone is happy and happy at work and will work with us for a long time. Caring for each other, positivity in everyday work and “talking” each other out contribute to this.
Growth
Our desire is to build a sustainable business that creates and preserves jobs, thereby contributing to communities and society at large. That's been a goal right from when Kaspara became a reality.
We are so lucky today to be nine employees. Nine employees with a lot of potential that we hope to see can flourish within the company and help create even more positivity in the job market with new ideas.
